Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. We email you when each order ships, with tracking, so you can follow it to your door. On a subscription, you get that email for every delivery.
How do I skip or cancel?
Skip, change or cancel anytime in your account. Log in, open your subscription and choose skip, change or cancel. Skipping is a good fit if you still have product left. If you’d like a hand, email hello@skinatpeace.com.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on new, unopened boxes and on defective products. To start a return, email hello@skinatpeace.com. For a full refund, print out your order form and send the products back within 10 days of purchase. Return postage is at your expense.
