What usually triggers rosacea flare-ups?

The most commonly reported triggers are heat, stress, alcohol, spicy food, and harsh skincare. Triggers are individual.

Can rosacea be cured?

There is no known cure. Rosacea is a chronic condition that is managed, not eliminated. For persistent or severe symptoms, see a dermatologist; topical care works alongside medical treatment, not instead of it.

Do I need all four, or can I start with one?

You can start with one. Clean, Tone, Day and Night are each sold on their own. The Full System brings all four together as a morning and night routine, $99 for your first order on subscription, then $125. Day and Night are serum and moisturizer in one, so there’s nothing extra to layer.
