How long will my Skin at Peace product bottles last? Plus

Our products are made fresh weekly, and we recommend discontinuing use after 60 days to ensure peak potency and freshness. Each package is labeled with the date it was made, and each bottle includes its use-by date.

Can I use the Day and Night products in place of eye cream? Plus

Yes! Both Day and Night products have an eye cream built into the formula.

Are the Day and Night products serums or moisturizers? Plus

Both. Each formula functions as a serum and a moisturizer in one. The active ingredients are designed to absorb into the surface layers of the skin, while the moisturizing components help seal in hydration and nutrients, supporting balanced, healthy skin.

Is Skin at Peace tested on animals? Plus

No. Skin at Peace is proudly cruelty-free and 100% vegan. None of our products or ingredients are ever tested on animals.

Does Skin at Peace add fragrances to the products? Plus

No. Added fragrances can often lead to irritation. Our Day and Night products contain a light, natural aroma from organic orange essential oil – never synthetic fragrance. Due to using a minimal amount and it being non-photosensitizing, it is safe for sensitive skin. Clean and Tone are completely fragrance-free.

Use Questions
Which skin types are best for Skin at Peace? Plus

All skin types, which include normal, dry, oily, and combination. Our fresh, balanced formulations are also well-suited for most skin conditions, including sensitive skin, acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation.

Can I use Skin at Peace with other products? Plus

Yes, however, for optimal results, we recommend using only the Skin at Peace system. Our formulas are made fresh and don't contain preservatives or unnecessary fillers, unlike most conventional skincare products. Many skin reactions can stem from the preservatives and additives found in other skincare products, so simplifying your routine and allowing your skin to adjust to Skin at Peace's clean formulations often delivers the best results.

Is Skin at Peace safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding? Plus

Yes. All Skin at Peace products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We use a plant-based retinol alternative called bakuchiol, which offers similar skin-renewing benefits to traditional vitamin A without the irritation or contraindications.

How long does it take to see results? Plus

Results can vary depending on your skin’s unique needs and history. For best results, we recommend simplifying your routine and using only Skin at Peace. Some users may experience a brief adjustment phase where mild purging can occur as the skin rebalances. Many report feeling more hydrated and balanced right away, with a healthier-looking appearance typically observed within 4–6 weeks of consistent use.

Should I stop using the current month's products when my new month's box arrives? Plus

Yes. We recommend transitioning to your new box once it arrives, as the freshly made products will offer the highest potency and effectiveness of active ingredients.

Will Skin at Peace make my skin sensitive to the sun? Plus

No. Skin at Peace formulas do not include ingredients known to increase sun sensitivity. Our Day product contains zinc oxide, a mineral ingredient often used in skincare to help support the skin’s natural defense against environmental stressors. For any sun exposure, we recommend applying a dedicated SPF product, wearing a hat, and limiting direct sunlight when possible.
